Claire and I joined Mary on Sunday afternoon for a short walk from Cary Way, down Bradley Hill Lane and then along the River Cary in the fading afternoon sunshine. Lovely colours especially in the reflections on the river and the reddish reeds in the sunlight. Pretty muddy although Mary described the under foot conditions as mildly cloying! Decent pace maintained throughout! Excellent tea and cakes post walk.3.4 miles
