So today is the first day of pantomime set building and Ian is busy in the Parish Rooms working on preparing the stage and building the set for this year's Somerton Pantomime - Alice in Wonderland.
In the meantime on a mild but dull, grey day Mary takes a walk with Simon and Ally. Starting in Compton Dundon the walk climbs the hill above the village and then, with views towards Glastonbury Tor, continues over the ridge, along lanes and field paths in the general direction of Street, before turing East and through Butleigh Wooton before heading once again for the Polden Ridge and descending back to Compton Dundon.
